Subject: [PATCH] design: Health's Configuration box says what Reload
 configuration writes

Since stage 4 the button also writes the spam filter's lists and the DMARC
maps (Postfix maps), and removes the keys of deleted domains; the box said
OpenDKIM and Postfix only (review of audit stage 4).
