design: domain delete names the DMARC reports that go with it

Security audit 2026-10-17, A5/W2 (stage 1): a domain's DMARC reports are
now deleted with it, so the confirmation lists them - "delete the 12
DMARC reports received for it;" - before "stop signing mail as the
domain." Shown only when the domain has reports (the code decides; the
mockup shows a domain that has). check.py: 0 violations; outlines
unchanged.
