Owner, 2026-10-14: show connections turned away and messages deferred
mid-message apart, not mixed. The stage 2b step now says: smtpd's warning
to the existing column (Connections turned away), cleanup's to a new column
of sender_check_days in the stage's migration (Messages deferred), both on
the card, the help topic saying what each counts; mockup first.
