set `master.cf` `-o` values that contain whitespace, so port-25
`smtpd_recipient_restrictions` and `smtpd_milters` are patched directly; DMARC
pipe `argv` uses a `dmarc-ingest` symlink instead of `panel -dmarc-ingest`.
