Subject: [PATCH] design: the sheet on the components page is a table; no empty
 Subject

The sample sheet on the components page still held facts; it shows the
table of name and value the accepted sheet is. In in-log a refused
message's sheet has no Subject row - there is no subject to show whole.

check.py: 32 screens, 0 violations.
