design: the DMARC hub names the form of a hosted address, not a server mailbox
The owner's decision (2026-10-10): the mailbox for the server as a whole, dmarc-reports@<hostname>, goes. Under the three-choice scheme a domain can only choose its own hosted address, so nothing can be told to report to the general one. The Ingest box's fact becomes "Hosted addresses: dmarc-reports+<domain>@<hostname>". check.py: 0 violations; outlines.json unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
