design: the hosted address form on the DMARC hub is in the smaller mono size

On the test server the form dmarc-reports+<domain>@selfpost.mixfed.ru
broke over three lines in its column (2026-10-10). It takes the
supporting size the report id and rua of a report already use.

check.py: 0 violations.
