Topic log: a message's lines are found by queue id - and for a message
refused before it had one, Postfix's one line about the refusal (the
review: "found by queue id" no longer holds for MAIL FROM refusals).
Topic sender-check: the ≈ sentence said "at most what Postfix was up",
which reads backwards; it is the time since the panel's last sign of life,
"which may be more than Postfix was up". build.py, check.py: 0
violations. help.go follows in the next commit.
