mixandClaude Opus 5.5 643892ab91 design: a refusal under a rate limit is red, as its two siblings

out-log drew the rate-limited tag grey beside wrong From and bounced in red
(audit 2026-10-12, L18); it is is-danger now. The kit's status table names
the red statuses as the panel does: reject and rate-limited join error,
fail, mismatch, bounced (reject was in the code's list and not here).
