guard: routes - POST /server/settings/dns-recheck

The owner, 2026-10-16: "Да, бери notification-mail-recheck, потом режь
2.9.0." The row's goal is a Re-check DNS action where the records of the
server's own name are shown (Server › Settings, mockup 98e4dfc); it
posts to a route of its own under the page it returns to, as a domain's
`.../dns-recheck` does. The guard's route table gets the one pattern.
Nothing else under internal/web changes in this commit; the router and
the handler follow in the next.
